Welcome to my tiny bit of the internet! My name is Jennifer, but most of my friends call me Jenn. I have to say, snuggling sweet babies for a living is a pretty amazing career and I am honored you are considering me as your newborn photographer!
I take my job very seriously, both in the art I create, and most importantly in the safety of the newborns I’m entrusted with. I am a member of the Professional Photographers of America, Florida Professional Photographers, Inc. and am on the Board of Directors for the Professional Photographers of Central Florida. I have won awards for my photography at the local and national levels. In addition to the support and education I have received from these organizations, I have studied newborn safety, and the art of newborn photography, under some of the top newborn photographers in the world, both online and in-person, including Ana Brandt, Kelly Brown and Elisa Stambouli. My studio is licensed and insured, and I am up to date on my Tdap immunization, so you can feel comfortable I take the health and well being of your family to heart. You are always welcome to schedule an appointment to come by to check out the studio. It’s conveniently located in Merritt Island, Florida, right off Route 528 and only 10 minutes from 95.
Helping my clients decide how to display the images from their session is just as important to me as actually photographing the session. My clients love being able to go home with finished products, and I want you to have portraits that will be cherished, not sit lost on a folder on your computer. You don’t have to know ahead of time what you want to do. I’m here to help you figure out the best way for you to love and treasure these images for a lifetime. Please feel free to contact me anytime to schedule a free consultation if you’d like to see the products I offer and meet me to make sure we’re a good fit.
Here are a few completely random and fun facts to help you get to know me:
-I live with my SUPER smart and funny husband Jimmy, my very talented and ridiculously cute golden retriever Austin (he is best known for being able to dive to the bottom of our pool), and my two very sweet grey and black tabby cats Bandito and Nola. For the record, getting matching cats is a bad idea, particularly when you need your pet sitter (or your mom!) to be able to tell them apart.
– I grew up in Columbia, MD, right between DC and Baltimore, but fled the cold weather in 2008 and have been living in Brevard County ever since. If you’re looking for someone to pick blue crabs with, I’m your girl!
-When I’m not working, I’m most likely spending time with friends and family, playing with my pup or trying out a new recipe.
